The location of the hotel was great, just off Antica Ragusa and within walking distance to the bus station. the room was well-equipped with a safe and an extra bed.

The staff here were fantastic and assisted us with everything, plus the continental breakfast we ordered was plentiful.

The hotel lacked maintenance. The toilet seat and taps were loose, the sink took forever to drain, and most of the lights didn't work.

Excellent location, friendly staff, loads of nearby restaurants, ideal base to explore Dubrovnik, AC in room was comfortable, breakfast enjoyed in every morning.

Great location in the heart of the old town, just off the main street. Easy access to buses for the port. Beautiful and antique room made me feel like a princess in a palace. Friendly and helpful staff who were always happy and ready to assist. Amazing customer service, going above and beyond to fulfill requests. Convenient storage of luggage until departure.
